CruiseCareer Pro Expands Beyond Ocean Cruising with New River and Yacht Career Tracks
CruiseCareer Pro, the AI-powered CV and career platform built specifically for cruise ship job seekers, today announced a wave of new features rolled out over the past two weeks, including two new career sectors, a smarter CV-writing engine, and a transparent new pricing page.
River and Yacht Career Tracks, Plus a New Lifeguard Path
CruiseCareer Pro has always focused on ocean cruise lines. As of this week, the platform now supports three sectors: Ocean, River, and Yacht. The new River track covers 9 departments and 44 roles across 16 river cruise lines, including Viking, AmaWaterways, and Scenic. The new Yacht track covers 6 departments and 37 roles across 9 yacht and charter operators. Every sector gets its own tailored CV writing, keyword matching, and cruise-line-specific brand context for cover letters and interview coaching, so a candidate targeting a river cruise line gets guidance built around that line, not a generic ocean template.
Alongside the sector expansion, the Ocean track gained a new Lifeguards & Aquatics career path, covering Lifeguard, Lifeguard Supervisor, and Lifeguard Manager roles, a department candidates had been asking about.
A Smarter CV Engine
The platform's CV-matching engine was tightened this week so generated CVs only include skills and keywords genuinely supported by a candidate's real experience, replacing an older rule that could over-include terms. The role library was also expanded, adding coverage such as Florist, to better serve niche departments. The goal, as always, stays the same: every CV, cover letter, and free CV Evaluation and Review (which includes a free ATS score) has to reflect what a candidate can actually back up in an interview.
Transparent, One-Time Pricing
CruiseCareer Pro launched a new Products & Pricing page at cruisecareerpro.com/pricing, showing exactly what candidates get before they pay a cent. The page includes real before-and-after CV examples, a before-and-after CV Evaluation Score comparison, and a gallery of six CV template designs (Classic, Two Column, Executive, Left Accent, Minimal, and Compact). Pricing starts from $6, one-time, with no subscriptions.
One Link for Everything, and More Free Resources
A new CruiseCareer Pro Links hub went live at cruisecareerpro.com/links, giving candidates a single link to the free CV Evaluation and Review, the CareerMatch quiz, the Readiness self-assessment, the Resources Hub, the affiliate program, the blog, and every CruiseCareer Pro social channel. The Resources Hub itself was also reorganized so free guides, checklists, spreadsheets, and articles now sit above paid resources, and four new free planning spreadsheets were added: Seafarers Medical Certificate Providers, Pre-Employment Costs by Country, Cruise Job ROI by Country, and Salary vs Payback by Country.
