What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:
- CV / Resume files — uploaded by you for evaluation. Files are processed to generate feedback and are not stored beyond the active session.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, including pages visited, session duration, and general location (country level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
- Email address — only if you contact us directly or purchase a service. Used solely to deliver your order or respond to your enquiry.
How we use your data
- To provide the CV evaluation and generate your feedback report
- To process payments and deliver purchased services
- To respond to contact enquiries
- To understand how visitors use the site (anonymised analytics only)
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
CV and resume data
Your CV or resume is uploaded solely for the purpose of generating your evaluation. It is processed by AI and is not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose. We do not retain CV files after your session ends.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity). These cookies collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

- Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered document analysis. CV content is processed under Anthropic's API terms.

Data retention
We retain purchase records (order details, email address) for a maximum of 3 years for accounting purposes. CV files are not retained beyond the active evaluation session. Analytics data is retained for 14 months by Google Analytics 4.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
