I am Wolfgang Juranek. I spent my career at sea as an Executive Officer and Food & Beverage Director with Princess Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian Cruise Line. I was not a recruiter. I was on the ship — the person you would eventually work alongside.

Mid-career, I was recruited by Micros-Fidelio — now Oracle — to help build the Fidelio Cruise Software platform as Director of Business Development & Finance and Director of Operations, specifically because of my operational knowledge.
