CruiseCareer Pro provides AI-powered career document services for first-time cruise ship applicants. Our products include:

All paid products result in the generation and delivery of digital documents. Documents are generated using artificial intelligence and reviewed against cruise industry standards.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on CruiseCareer Pro are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products and services offered on the platform.

Refunds are not issued for any reason including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the generated document
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Accidental purchase
• Decision not to apply for cruise ship employment after purchase

European Union Consumer Rights

For customers located in the European Union, the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) provides a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.

By completing a purchase on CruiseCareer Pro, EU customers expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is forfeited once document generation begins.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. CruiseCareer Pro does not store any payment card details.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged. No additional fees are applied beyond the displayed price.

Document Delivery

Purchased documents are generated automatically following payment confirmation. Delivery typically occurs within a few minutes of purchase. A confirmation email containing a download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Documents remain accessible via your purchase link. If you did not receive your confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Intellectual Property

All content on the CruiseCareer Pro platform, including text, design, code, and generated documents, is the property of CruiseCareer Pro. Generated documents are licensed to you for personal use in connection with your cruise ship job application.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share generated documents for commercial purposes. The platform itself, including its AI systems, prompts, and processes, may not be reproduced or reverse-engineered.

Limitation of Liability

CruiseCareer Pro provides career support tools and documents to improve your application. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Hiring decisions are made exclusively by cruise lines and manning agencies and are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CruiseCareer Pro's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

CruiseCareer Pro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
