Affiliate & Partner Agreement

Parties

This Affiliate Partner Agreement is between CruiseCareer Pro, operated by Wolfgang Juranek, Riverview, Florida, USA (referred to as "CruiseCareer Pro", "we", or "us"), and the individual or organisation that has applied and been approved as an affiliate partner (referred to as "Affiliate", "you", or "your").

By activating your affiliate account, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Programme Overview

CruiseCareer Pro operates the world's first AI-powered career document service built exclusively for first-time cruise ship applicants. As an affiliate partner, you earn commission by referring candidates who purchase paid services on the platform.

Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral code and a personal affiliate link in the format:

When a candidate visits the platform through your link and makes a purchase within 30 days, that sale is attributed to you and commission is calculated automatically.

Commission Structure

You earn 25% commission on every confirmed purchase made by a candidate who arrived via your affiliate link within the 30-day attribution window.

Commission is calculated on the net sale amount before any taxes. The commission is tracked automatically and visible in your affiliate dashboard at cruisecareerpro.com/affiliates in real time.

Commission is not earned on:

• Free CV Evaluations (no purchase involved)
• Purchases made by you using your own affiliate link
• Purchases that are subsequently disputed or refunded
• Purchases made after the 30-day attribution window has expired

Partner License (Pay-As-You-Go)

Some partners purchase and generate documents under their own account to deliver to their own clients as their own service, rather than referring a client to check out directly. Since no client checks out under their own name in that workflow, the standard commission structure in Section 03 does not apply — a Partner License applies instead.

A Partner License is non-exclusive: it does not grant the partner exclusive rights to any market, territory, or client base, and CruiseCareer Pro may offer the same or similar terms to other partners.

• The partner may purchase CVs, cover letters, bundles, interview coaching, and CV evaluations under their own account at a discounted rate off retail, agreed individually and confirmed in writing (email) at activation.
• Pay-as-you-go: no monthly fee and no minimum commitment. The discount applies automatically at checkout when the partner buys under their own account.
• The partner may deliver finished documents to their own clients under their own branding, but may not claim to own or operate the CruiseCareer Pro platform, or use the CruiseCareer Pro name or logo without permission.
• The license is tied to the partner's individual account. It is not transferable or sub-licensable to any other person, account, or business.
• Month-to-month: either party may cancel a Partner License at any time with 30 days' written notice.

All other obligations in this Agreement (Section 06), confidentiality (Section 09), and governing law (Section 11) apply equally to Partner License holders.

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly, typically within the first 7 days of the following month. Payment is made via the payout method you selected at registration (Wise, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Other).

Minimum payout threshold: $50.00 USD. If your earned commission does not reach $50.00 in a given month, the balance rolls over to the following month.

30-day hold period: Commissions are held for 30 days from the date of the original purchase before becoming eligible for payment. This protects against chargebacks and disputed transactions.

CruiseCareer Pro reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity, policy violations, or open disputes are identified on any referred transactions.

Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate partner, you agree to:

• Promote CruiseCareer Pro honestly and accurately to your audience
• Not make false or misleading claims about the platform or its services
• Not use spam, unsolicited messaging, or automated traffic generation
• Not purchase through your own affiliate link to generate self-referral commissions
• Disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting CruiseCareer Pro, as required by applicable advertising standards
• Not use CruiseCareer Pro branding in a way that implies official endorsement beyond your affiliate status

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. CruiseCareer Pro may terminate your affiliate account immediately and without notice in the event of fraud, policy violations, or reputational harm.

Upon termination, any commissions already earned and eligible for payment (past the 30-day hold period) will be paid in the next scheduled payment run. Commissions still within the hold period at the time of termination are forfeited.

Relationship of Parties

This Agreement does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between CruiseCareer Pro and the Affiliate. You are an independent referral partner and are solely responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and obligations.

Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about CruiseCareer Pro's business, pricing, technology, or operations that you may become aware of through your participation in the affiliate programme.

Modifications

CruiseCareer Pro reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement, commission rates, or programme structure at any time. You will be notified of material changes by email. Continued participation in the programme after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
