It will not get you hired. It fixes your application, which is one part of a longer process. You still need to find a legitimate manning agency, pass an interview, clear a medical, and wait.<\/span><\/p>\n

It will not tell you to buy STCW training up front. You do not need STCW before you have a confirmed contract, and anyone pushing you to pay for it early is not looking after your interests.<\/span><\/p>\n

It also will not replace an agency. Agencies still control cruise ship hiring. The tool makes sure that when an agency finally opens your file, the file is worth reading.<\/span><\/p>\n
